1. Quality & Manufacturing Policy

2. Warranty Terms

All products supplied by Varadom are covered under a standard warranty against manufacturing defects for a specific period from the date of dispatch or commissioning, whichever is earlier. The warranty does not cover damages due to mishandling, improper installation, or lack of maintenance, electrical or water supply issues, unauthorized repair, alteration, or use of non-genuine parts. Warranty obligations are limited to repair or replacement of defective components after evaluation by our service department.

3. After-Sales Support

Post-warranty service, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and spare parts are available on a chargeable basis as per prevailing service rates. All service requests shall be logged through official communication channels, and support will be extended as per service queue and availability.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Varadom ensures that all customer data collected through the website or communication channels is handled with utmost confidentiality. Information such as company name, contact details, and transactional data is used solely for operational, service, and warranty purposes. We do not share or sell customer information to third parties, except where required by law or for execution of business operations.
