4. Orders and Payment Terms

Orders will be processed only upon receipt of a valid Purchase Order (PO) and acknowledgment from our authorized team. Payments shall be made strictly as per the terms specified in the quotation or invoice. Ownership and title of supplied goods shall remain with Varadom until full payment is received. Delayed or partial payments may result in suspension of deliveries or services without prior notice.

5. Delivery, Dispatch, and Installation

Dispatch timelines provided are indicative and depend on material availability, manufacturing schedule, and third-party logistics conditions. While we take every reasonable measure to adhere to committed schedules, delays due to force majeure conditions, vendor dependencies, or transport restrictions shall not render the company liable for compensation or cancellation. Installation, commissioning, and site support services will be executed as per mutually agreed scope and timelines.

6. Cancellation and Return Policy

Orders once accepted cannot be cancelled without written approval from the company. Returns, if approved, must be supported by inspection reports confirming manufacturing defects. Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds or replacements, if applicable, will be processed as per internal quality and finance procedures.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of product data and operational information, Varadom shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay arising from product use or system downtime, indirect or consequential damages, or technical errors in published material. The company's liability shall in all cases be limited to the value of the product or service supplied.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. All disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune Region.
