As a passionate mechanical engineer, Nilesh has more than 15 years of professional experience in Multi-National Automotive companies. He has worked across various areas, including Product Design & Development, Engineering Services, Project management, and Technical Sales & Marketing. Nilesh specializes in SMP design and development. Having set up new business verticals and playing a significant role in business development, Nilesh was natural to conceptualize a start-up connected with the automobile industry.
Sandeep Gire
As a mechanical engineer, Sandip has more than 15 years of rich experience in Production, Purchase, vendor development, procurement, cost management, and supply chain management. He is an expert in negotiation, procurement, and quality management. This techno-managerial experience gives insight while realizing the customized designs and requirements into perfect products. His urge for quality and efficiency at all levels is incomparable.
